From the east Valley, the 5 drops you at Osborne St — turn onto Van Nuys Blvd and head north. From the west, the 118 runs across the top of the Valley to the same boulevard. Either way you finish on Van Nuys Blvd, between Pierce and Filmore.

- Which parts of the Valley do you actually serve?
- Realistically the north Valley — Pacoima, Arleta, Sun Valley, Panorama City, Sylmar, San Fernando, Lake View Terrace, Mission Hills and North Hills. We're a pickup shop, so "serve" means you drive to us. If you're coming from Sherman Oaks or further south there are closer options, and we'd rather say so.
- Do you deliver anywhere in the Valley?
- No. Nature's Spot is in-store pickup only. You can order ahead on Weedmaps and we'll have the bag packed before you park, but somebody has to make the drive and it's you.
- What should I bring for a first visit from the San Fernando Valley?
- A valid government photo ID showing you're 21 or older — driver's license, passport or state ID. Medical patients 18+ can shop with a physician's recommendation. No appointment and no membership needed. Bring cash: we're a cash-only shop, and there's an ATM inside if you forget.
- What time do you open?
- 7 AM, every single day, and we close at 10 PM. The early open is the whole point — most shops in the Valley don't unlock until 8 or 9, so the first hours of the day are quiet, fully stocked and quick.
- Is everything lab-tested?
- Yes. Every product on the shelf is tested by an independent, state-licensed California laboratory before it can be sold, as required under MAUCRSA. That covers potency plus pesticides, solvents, heavy metals and microbials.
